If currently under the supervision of a medical doctor, a medical release may be required prior to therapy. what to expect during a reflexology session?The client will be required to fill out a confidential health information sheet. You will be comfortably seated in a special reflexology chair or lying face up on a table, there is no need to disrobe. Pillows are used for client comfort and proper positioning. If necessary, feet may be washed prior to treatment. Powder or lotion may be applied to allow proper friction. Depending on client need or request, Reflexology is performed in an integrated sequence on all three extremities or can be focused on specific extremities.
